PRE-LISTING (SELLER) INSPECTION

Many homeowners choose to get a pre-listing inspection because it will give them insight into their home so that they know what to expect & can make repairs before listing their home.
The majority of buyers choose to get a buyer’s inspection, so a pre-listing inspection is a good idea for homeowners, so that the buyer’s inspection doesn’t find any major defects that the owner didn’t know about.

NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION

New construction homes need an objective third-party to inspect. The city or county inspectors often don’t catch everything.

AERIAL DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY

As an FAA certified drone pilot, let me take your aerial photographs for real estate listings or personal use. All pictures are taken with a 4K 48 megapixel camera to capture the best colors and details. Options to print larger photographs for keepsakes are available, as well.

DRONE ROOF INSPECTIONS

There are many areas of a home that are hidden from view, but the roof does not have to be one of them! Using a 4K 48 megapixel camera and a high quality drone, there is no area of the roof I can’t see. From the top of the chimney to the highest ridge vent, we can capture it all on film. This service is included with your home inspection, or you can schedule for a drone roof inspection as an individual service.
